Technical Training Module 1

This training targets technicians and mechanics. The objective is to understand how different STIHL mechanical systems work, such as 2- and 4-stroke engines and carburettors. We also study the cutting tools of chainsaws and brushcutters, in addition to discussing the importance of technical delivery for STIHL equipment.

Technical Training Module 2

We are going more in-depth on STIHL technology, approaching 2 and 4 MIX engines, special tools and STIHL functional systems, in addition to orienting technicians to detect mechanical failures.

Commercial Training:

We introduce a practical method to be used on daily sales that can be used for the entire STIHL portfolio. The objective is to identify the customer profile and his needs in order to offer the proper products.

Marketing Schedule

Versions in English and Spanish take place on the same day.

Meetings to exchange technical information, update field cases, follow up on quality discussions.
